SEATED DANCE TRAINING COURSE – £199
We currently have overwhelming attendances at our seated dance classes, and an increasing need in the market place to provide our services. We are looking to train more instructors to deliver classes and meet our high demand.

On completion of the training course you will be recognised as a Dancing for Health Instructor and the knowledge you will gain by completing the Dancing for Health Training Course will enable you to professionally deliver group classes and individual dance sessions to your clients with long term health conditions, the elderly or disabled and improve their quality of life. For those of you that are already working within the healthcare sector it means you can offer a brand new exercise service and for others it may provide new opportunities to expand your job opportunities within preventative schemes, such as social prescribing.

PARTNER DANCE TRAINING COURSE – £399
The partner dance training course will teach you how to design, deliver and adapt different partner dance routines to provide benefits to well-being, and health outcomes for those people who perhaps couldn’t attend a public dance class because of their medical or age related condition.
The specially designed partner dance programme takes influence from several different partner dance styles. The moves have been simplified and are easy to learn, making the classes suitable for a range of levels and mobilities. Benefits include, falls prevention, Improved balance, strength, mobility and co-ordination.

Our training course teaches our instructors how to create a full package of health, well-being and fitness through safe, bespoke ‘Dancing for Health’ physical and social activity programmes to positively impact the lives of vulnerable people.

- Monthly licence fee – includes, access to choreographed routines and partner dance steps library, case studies and ongoing support.
- Learn how to write personalised programmes with adaptations and modifications to cater for mobility issues and individual specific needs.
- Learn how to deliver the programme to a differentiating group.
Train to be a Dancing for Health partner dance Instructor and deliver our programmes through healthcare providers and Community Groups.
