PARTNER DANCING CLASSES
Inclusive Partner Dance classes
We have had people affected by cancer, Parkinson’s, stroke, respiratory conditions and many others who thought they couldn’t dance because of their age or medical condition.
So come and feel the absolute joy of dancing again in one of our specially adapted classes.
Our Dancing for Health classes are a gentle way of getting your body moving. The style is smooth and safe, low impact and low intensity, like walking to music. Classes are relaxed and fun, with easy to follow dance moves. Come and give us a try!
Our specialised programme takes influence from different dance styles, but simplified to cater for a range of fitness levels and abilities. Particularly suitable for people with long term health conditions. the elderly, those with mobility issues or reduced fitness. They are aimed at tackling isolation and mental health issues in the local community. A great physical and social activity that will help improve your overall wellbeing. Bring a partner of your choice. For those without partners, we can team you up with others in the class or our dance volunteers. No previous dance experience needed.
